SHION MATSUMOTO
Leading multiple businesses — advertising agency, influencer, D2C, and research — Shion analyzes the decision-making of Gen Z and Gen α along three axes: behavioral economics, SNS data, and frontline practice.
He excels at structurally framing marketing challenges of the SNS era — "buzz but no sales," "can't reach young people" — through the lens of whose words land in which contexts, and translating that framing into practice.
His strength lies in pairing the real-world managerial perspective gained from running multiple businesses with the ability to articulate his understanding of younger generations beyond pure intuition.
#02Building on the perspective and personal network he honed as an influencer, Shun expands the possibilities of Reaplus. He aims to be someone who designs the future of creators and brands.
#03After graduating, Sho spent roughly three years in B2B sales. Drawn to the potential of SNS through his own experience, he later led a sales team at an advertising agency, and since 2024 has overseen the sales domain at Reaplus.
#04Having retired from OPENUP IT Engineer Inc. at the end of March at age 65, Kazutoshi now serves as an advisor to Reaplus. Drawing on the track record he built through his network and sales support, he helps strengthen our sales structure and supports continued value delivery.
#05After serving as a store manager and SNS lead in apparel, Yui moved to an advertising agency to plan, lead and manage SNS promotions. Following work as a freelancer, she joined Reaplus as a manager.
#06Joining as a new graduate designer. During her student years she spent about a year and a half at Reaplus on a long-term internship, gaining hands-on design experience.
